Event Menu

DB uses local ingredients and seasonal menus. Due to the changing seasons and market prices, menus and prices are subject to change. Coursed dining menus can be customized upon discussion, and management discretion. Finalized menu selections must be submitted within 10 days of the event. All orders Are Subject to 7% Tax, 18% Service Charge, & 5% Admin Fee. If guests are responsible for purchasing their own food, the host is required to pay a flat 5% service charge in relation to the food and beverage minimum assigned to their event. Unless discussed prior to your event, food will be delivered in this order in accordance to the scheduled guest arrival time and based on the amount ordered: Cold Appetizers: within 15 minutes | Hot Appetizers: 15-30 minutes after | Full Meals: 30 minutes after. Crowlers and food to-go do not count towards the food and beverage minimum. All food and beverage is to be purchased from the restaurant. There is no outside beverage, alcoholic or otherwise, allowed in the restaurant. Specialty desserts made by a licensed bakery may be approved in advance at the discretion of management - plating fees may apply. A designated bartender will be assigned for all events with a 30+ guest count.
