Your card is authorized but not charged until the venue confirms

Cancellation policy: Cancellation Policy — Cancellation after contract submission: 25% of the contracted minimum will be charged to the credit card provided. Cancel between 48hrs to 72hrs notice of the event date: 50% of the contracted minimum will be charged to the credit card provided. Cancel between 0hrs to 48hrs hour notice of the event date: 75% of the contracted minimum will be charged to the credit card provided.
