Forge Baking Co. offers spaces for your every occasion: the spacious high-ceilinged café replete with hanging greenery and local artwork, the vintage ice cream parlor with marble countertops and a beautiful serving bar, and the Lab, a more intimate space that still has abundant natural light from the two large sunroofs. All bread & pastries are made fresh by hand each and every day (take a look from the café space through our bakery observation window!) and the excellent coffee beans are sourced from longtime partner Intelligentsia. Forge is the perfect spot for your next reunion, celebration, community event, or get together.
