CraftRoots Brewery, located in Milford, Massachusetts, offers flexible private event options for birthdays, showers, fundraisers, corporate gatherings, holiday parties, and other special occasions. Guests can select from semi-private room holding up to 50 guests, or a full Taproom buyout for 120 guests. Guests can enjoy farm-to-glass beer as well as NA options. All rentals are for 4hrs minimum.

All bookings are for 4hrs minimum.

Event Cost

The rental fee covers the cost of the space only. Beverages are purchased in addition on-site.

Age Restrictions

We are a family friendly venue, however please review the Age Restrictions policy for more detail.

Setup and Teardown Time

For private room reservations, setup and clean up time are included within the 4 hour event window.

Buyout Setup

For buyouts, customers can come 1hr before the event start time to setup.

Catering

In-house catering not available

External catering allowed

  • Outside catering, food, and soft drinks are permitted
  • Clients arrange food pickup or delivery and should coordinate timing with CraftRoots. CraftRoots will provide dedicated server support as needed for beverage service

Alcohol

Alcohol is permitted

BYOB not allowed

  • Beverages are separate from the event fee. If an event tab is opened on-site, a 20% gratuity is added to beverage purchases
  • Cash bar service is available and individual tabs may be opened

Music

Guest control of music not allowed

Age Restrictions

Guests under 18 permitted

Guests under 21 permitted

  • For private event room rentals, minors must be accompanied by an adult and are expected to remain within the event space. Children are not allowed in the taproom. Friday and Saturday night events do not allow children
  • For buyout events, no one under age 21 is allowed in the taproom after 6:00 PM

House Rules

  • Deposits are 50% of the booking fee, and are non-refundable at 7 or less days from the event
  • For private room reservations, set up and clean up time are included in the 4 hours. For buyouts, customers can come one 1 hour ahead of their 4 hour event for setup, but cleanup must take place by the event end time. Clients are responsible for cleaning up the event space, trash receptacles and bags are provided.
