Looking for place to host your next baby shower, holiday party, engagement celebration, office outing, community meetup, birthday, retirement party, pre-wedding drinks, educational talk, etc.? We take table reservations for up to groups of 40 people, and our Barrel Room space is perfect for those looking to host 40-120 people. We have two in-house restaurants that are available for catering, Carolicious and Mimi’s Chūka Diner, or feel free to bring in your own food. We offer a robust beer menu, plus hard seltzer, non-alcoholic beer, and soft drinks. Additionally, we have an off-street parking lot if you’re coming from outside of Somerville. We have two resident food vendors that call the Aeronaut Foods Hub home. Carolicious serves delicious Venezuelan food at the Aeronaut Brewery in Somerville. Their hours generally match our taproom hours, and they are open 7 days a week. Mimi’s Chuka Diner is our newest neighbor, serving up their own take on “Chūka ryori”, a style of cuisine in which dishes of Chinese origin are prepared in a distinctly Japanese style. You’re also welcome to bring in your own food in or arrange for delivery to our Somerville taproom.
Food purchases do not count towards the drink minimum.
Aeronaut Brewing Company will be in a clean condition prior to your event. By the conclusion of your event, you are required to return the space to the same clean condition in which it was found. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke, as our facility is not ventilated. All rental equipment must be removed by the conclusion of your event.

Our venue is 21+ with valid, unexpired, physical, government-issued IDs required for entry. Minors will be admitted only when accompanied by their own 21+ parent or guardian, and children must be supervised at all times. All guardians must provide proper identification as well.

House Rules

Upon arrival, you will check in with our bar staff to let us know they have arrived. Bar charges must go onto a single card until the bar minimum is met. You will ask all members of their party to put their drinks on this tab. Drinks they pay for on their own will not be counted towards the minimum.
Outside alcoholic beverages of any type are not permitted on site. If someone has brought alcohol as a gift, please check it with our Security team and pick it up when they leave. If any member of the party consumes outside alcohol, the entire party will be asked to leave and will remain responsible for any minimum charges.
If you require a meals tax exemption please let us know in advance and as we will need to verify the necessary documentation in advance of your visit. We cannot remove the meal tax from your bill unless we have the paperwork in advance. Removal of the tax cannot be done retroactively.
The premises should be maintained and left in the same condition as when licensed, and satisfactory to AERONAUT Brewing Company management. If any cleaning or repairs deemed necessary beyond normal use (i.e. paint damage and floor gouges), the you will be charged. The caterer, if used, must clean the premises within 30 minutes following the event leaving it in the same condition and working order as at the start of event setup. Caterers must remove all trash, compostable materials, and recyclables from the site as we do not have adequate facilities. Failure to remove or clean will result in additional fees. If the building or any part of the premises or its contents, including furniture or artwork, is damaged during the event, you will be solely responsible for such damage.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold AERONAUT Brewing Company, its landlord, building owners, officers, employees and/or agents harmless of and from any liabilities, costs, penalties, or expenses arising out of and/or resulting from the licensing and use of the premises, including but not limited to, the personal guarantee of provision, service, and dispensing of payment by licensing, its employees, and agents of alcoholic beverages at AERONAUT Brewing Company. In the event that AERONAUT Brewing Company, its landlord, building owners, officers, employees and/or agents, are required to file any action in court in order to enforce any provisions of this agreement, you agree to pay AERONAUT Brewing Company, its landlord, building owners, officers employees and/or agents, all reasonable attorney fees, court fees, and costs of suit incurred by AERONAUT Brewing Company, including all collection expenses and interest due.
There is absolutely no drug use or smoking of any kind tolerated on premises or within 25 feet of the building including loitering or congregating outside on the sidewalk at any time during the event. Disparaging remarks or any type of physical violence will not be tolerated and will be cause for immediate expulsion. You and your guests shall use the premises in a considerate manner at all times. Conduct deemed disorderly at the sole discretion of AERONAUT Brewing Company staff shall be grounds for immediate expulsion from the premises and conclusion of the license period. In such cases no refund of the license fee shall be made.
You agree that AERONAUT Brewing Company staff may enter and exit premises during the course of the event. A representative of AERONAUT Brewing Company will be on-site during your entire event and will be checking periodically with the responsible parties to ensure everything is working smoothly. We will also be checking the bathroom, the overall premises, replenishing hand towels and toilet paper, and will be available for questions or to respond to needs or issues that may arise. Access to the food vendors and restroom areas will remain open to the general public for the duration of the reservation time.
You will send Aeronaut your guest list three days before the event.
