A passed and plated spread built for groups, priced per piece so the menu flexes with the size of the event. The $4 hors d'oeuvres cover the easy crowd-pleasers (think arancini, Thai chicken satay, smoked salmon on cucumber cups), the $6 tier brings in the heavier hitters like crab cake sliders and a charcuterie and cheese board, and the $4 sweets close things out with tartlets, cheesecake, and a Swiss meringue pavlova.
