Cerebral Brewing in the West Highland neighborhood occupies a ~4,000 sq ft space that includes a mezzanine level and a spacious outdoor patio. The taproom is part of a collaboration with Outside Pizza (Neapolitan-style pizza) that is served on-site, making it a turnkey venue for both beverage-centric and food-forward events. If you’re looking for a space that blends casual craft-brew ambiance with event versatility, this West Highland taproom delivers. The cost of a buyout includes all drinks consumed on-site (excludes to-go and merch) and includes a pizza buffet of up to 3 different pizzas, 1 salad, and 1 dessert provided by our in-house food partner Outside Pizza.
